Dr. Diana Almy, originally from Fredericksburg, she went to Randolph-Macon College and the Medical College of Virginia for dental school. She had over three years of clinical experience at other orthodontic offices when she realized she wanted to return to her hometown to begin her own practice. Dr. Almy and her husband Robb, her college sweetheart and pastor of New Season United Methodist Church, have three wonderful sons, Robert, Jack and Nolan. Their home is in Caroline County and filled with animals; three goats, three dogs and a cat. In her spare time she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

Courtney Payne is our Insurance Coordinator and native of Spotsylvania County. She is a graduate of the Spotsylvania County School system dental careers program and brings over nine years of orthodontic experience to the office. Courtney and Danny, her husband, live in Spotsylvania with their two dogs Annabelle and Kiwi. In her spare time she is an Independent Longaberger Consultant and enjoys spending time with her family and scrapbooking.

Katrina Seestedt is one of our Clinical Assistants and comes to us with several years of experience. She and her husband, Scott, have 4 children; Mallory, Meagan, MiKayla and Scott. They have two dogs that are Pembroke Corgis; Winslow and Madison. In Katrina’s spare time she likes to play softball, paint and read. She is also very active at her church, Stafford Crossing Community Church.

Megan Williams is one of our Clinical Assistants. In her spare time Megan enjoys scrapbooking, spending time with family and outdoor activities. Her animals include two beagles; Bud and Ladybird and a turtle named Tina!

Janice Treakle is our New Patient Coordinator and comes to us with over 30 years of assisting experience. She lives in Locust Grove with her husband, Jim. Her son, Brian, is a teacher at Post Oak Middle School and her daughter-in-law teaches at River Bend High School. Her daughter, Tammy, is a nurse at Mary Washington Hospital. Janice’s off time is spent enjoying her Sheltie, Teddy, her cat, Shadow, and her granddaughter, Ava. Not necessarily in that order of course!

Lyn Perrin is one of our Clinical Assistants and brings over 14 years of orthodontic experience with her. Lyn and her husband Patrick have a daughter, Jenna. Lyn loves the beach, traveling and playing with her yorkie-McDuff. In her spare time she loves to cook.

Jami McManus is our Office Manager and comes to us with 14 years of dental office and assisting experience. Jami and her husband Dan live in Stafford with their two sons, Colin and Baustin. In her spare time she enjoys attending her boys sporting and band events and cooking.

Cathy Reale is one of our Clinical Assistants. She grew up in Virginia and moved to Georgia after marrying her high school sweetheart. Sons Shaun and Bryan live near Atlanta where they work and play. Cathy relocated to Virginia after traveling the United States for her husbands work for several years. Cathy enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, golf, working on her new home and riding Harley’s with her husband, Randy, of 31 years.

Toni Duncan is one our Clinical Assistants and brings over 24 years of dental/orthodontic experience to our office. She has been a certified Dental assistant for 21 years. Toni moved to Virginia with her family 14 years ago from Indiana, Pennsylvania, the home town of actor Jimmy Stewart. Toni has been married to her husband, Jeff, for 34 years. They have three children and two grandchildren. Toni enjoys traveling with her husband, visiting wineries, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.

Kim Hitt is one of our clinical assistants. She comes to us with over 14 years of experience. Kim and her husband, Rick, live in the Fredericksburg area with their three children, Devin, Leanne and Courtney. She has a yorkie/maltese named Taz. In her spare time Kim enjoys being with her family, going to the beach and taking walks.

Melissa Barker is our Front Office Assistant and comes to us with over 20 years of office experience. She lived her entire life in Western New York before moving to Fredericksburg from Buffalo, NY in 2007. She and her husband, Brett, were happy to escape the snowstorms and high taxes, and have been enjoying the abundance of sunshine and friendly people in Fredericksburg ever since! When not working, Melissa loves to spend time with family, friends and/or her dog Ben.
